CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF <br />VACATION PROCEEDINGS <br />To the Anoka County, Minnesota Auditor. <br />NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certification of <br />Ordinance dated March 3rd, 2016, the City of Ramsey has vacated the following legally described <br />and dedicated permanent road easement located within the City, to -wit: <br />The East 50.00 feet of the West 110.00 feet of the North 356.37 feet of the South 394.37 feet of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, as measured along the South and West lines of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter. <br />The vacation proceedings were completed on arch 7, 2016. / <br />Dated: March 7, 2016 / _-r,�t <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />} <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA } <br />ss. <br />JoAnn M.
