Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Johns, Shryock, Kuzma, Riley, and Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember LeTourneau. 5. APPROVE AGENDA Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Strommen, Councilmembers Riley, Kuzma, Johns, Shryock, and Williams. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember LeTourneau. 6. PUBLIC HEARING 6.01: Public Hearing to Introduce Ordinance #16-02 Vacating Permanent Road Easement over a Portion of 14911 Ramsey Boulevard NW and the Parcel to the North with a Property Identification Number (PIN) 22-32-25-33-0017 Presentation Community Development Director Gladhill reviewed the staff report and recommendation from the Public Works Committee that the City Council vacate the easement over a portion of 14911 Ramsey Boulevard NW and the Parcel to the North with a PIN 22-32-25-33-0017. Councilmember Williams asked if the two parcels are owned by the same entity. Community Development Director Gladhill answered he will have to double check if it is the same entity. The owner is a managing partner of that. It is under common ownership. That cross access easement would not be needed today. If it was ever under separate ownership, it would be a good idea for those two owners to work that out.
