Peterson Estates Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />MOTION by Gamec, seconded by ?.'!uller to approve the subdivision as per ?lanning <br />and Zoning Recommendations and that I',~r. Peterson give the easement for street <br />drainage on his property and present this at the time of. the final plat. <br /> 5 Ayes. <br /> <br />b. Paul and I~uey l~annie Private Kennel <br /> <br />I"OTIOF by Reimann, seconded by Mickelson to issue a conditional use permit <br />for a private kennel license to Paul and Lucy Mannie, 8401 156th Avenue <br />for eight dogs for a period of time not to exceed six months, maximum <br />April 15th, with the condition that the dogs are kenneled or restrained <br />during the day and kept in the house at night. 5 Ayes <br /> <br />c. William Aydt, request for rezoning <br /> <br />There was discussion about issuing a conditional use permit on the zoning <br />to prevent the wrong type of business from someday buying the property° The <br />Planning staff will bring their recommendations to the public hearing scheduled <br />for 1,"onday, October 17th. <br /> <br />d. Robert Hoffman, variance request <br /> <br />~,'OTIOI~.~ by Fickelson, seconded by Oamec, to adopt the variance request from <br />Planning and Zoning recommendations with the 33 foot easement on the w~st <br />property line. <br /> <br />5 Ayes <br /> <br />2. Commercial Development, County Road 56 and l~9th Lane <br /> <br />The individual with the proposal for this development did not appear a't the <br />meeting. The Council indicated that this should be referred, to Plan~ing and <br />Zoning and the individual should be informed of all requirements, ordinances <br />etc. that wo~ld pertain to his proposal. <br /> <br />3. Sue Thompson resignation. <br /> <br />Councilman Reimann read F~s. Thompson's [Letter of resignation. <br /> <br />I.!OTIOI~~ by Peimann, seconded by ~uller to accept the resignation of Sue Thompson <br />and recommended that a letter be sent to I'~:s. Thompson on the behalf of the <br />Council and Mayor thanking her for the fine job she has done. 5 Ayes <br /> <br /> <br />
