Yereson when he said that there was specifically
no performance bond because it was to be done before it was recorded°
~'mereson said that the maintenance bond is for the entire addition.

I.r. ;.flemish said that he is not putting a maintenance bond on that road and
that he is going to build within the Klemish Flores Addition.

Councilman ~,ickelson said that he understood that it was going to be in
co~pliance with the rest of the road.

l'r. ?ereson said there is no way in the world that this Comncil would agree
to waive any performance bond.

I,'r. ](lemish said he is going to build on his lot and he is going to live in that
house an~ he is not going to take out any bonds.

Payor Cox tel8 I.~r. Klemish's position is that the road was
put in and accepted by the city and in so doing, the City accepted the slope.
I~r. ?<ereson said that because ~r. Kle~ish asked whyhe had to guarantee this road if he was just giving
it to the City. l.r. lfereson said. that because public funds are going to
be used to maintain it and keep it up and ~/r. ~,~ereson said that he feels
that someone who lives across to~m shouldn't have to pay for blacktopping
in front of !,'r.
