Councilmember Johns introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # 16-01-022 <br />RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S ANNUAL <br />PERFORMANCE EVALUATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the annual 360 degree Performance Evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator; and <br />WHEREAS, the results were compiled and the Mayor and City Administrator met to <br />discuss the results of the evaluation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on December 8, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council concluded, by consensus, that Mr. Ulrich's performance is <br />above average; and <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council to accept Mr. Ulrich's <br />Performance Evaluation and 2016 Professional Development Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) Motion to adopt Resolution #16-01-022 accepting Mr. Kurt Ulrich's annual Performance <br />Evaluation and 2016 Professional Development Plan. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Shryock, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Strommen <br />Councilmember Johns <br />Councilmember Shryock <br />Councilmember Kuzma <br />Councilmember Riley <br />Councilmember Williams <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />
