2016 Bike Helmet - Sale & <br />Fitting Clinics <br />Helmet use is the most effective way to reduce bicy- <br />cle -related fatalities. Wearing a bike helmet can reduce <br />the risk of severe brain injury by 88%. Yet, only 45% of <br />children age 14 and under usually wear a bike helmet. <br />Safe Kids Anoka County wants to make sure your <br />family has bike helmets. In April and May, we will be trav- <br />eling around the county distributing and properly fitting <br />bike helmets. The cost of a stylish brand new "True -Fit" <br />Bell® helmet is $10 (while supplies last). Cash or checks <br />accepted (no credit cards). We are happy to fit helmets <br />you already own. You will receive the University <br />of Minnesota Extension Septic System Owner's Guide at <br />the class. <br />Pre -registration is required.
