It makes it less profitable for <br />developers. <br /> <br />l{es_ident on Uranium Street stated that if we wait two years the vacant lots <br />~fill be sold but the cost of the improvement will be more. <br /> <br />Mr. Heinen said he doesn't feel that the blacktop will hold up and he will <br />have to bring fill into the lots he owns and asked who will pay for da~,}ages <br />· that the be~vy trucks may cause. <br /> <br />Mayor Co~. said he ,~mu].d be responsible if his trucks did the damage. <br /> <br />[Sob GrJ glak, 16360 Wolfram Street, asked if persons living in the area carried <br />more weight in voting than someone who didn't live in the area. <br /> <br />Duane Davis, 6390 164th Lane, stated at other meetings a comment ~,~as mr, de <br />by a contractor that he puts better asphalt driveways in than you will have <br />for s road, some of the reads around P~msey have .holes that will snap a <br />wheel off of a 4-wheel drive, what kind of maintenance will we get on ~ little <br />road like Uranium~? <br /> <br />~,hy'or Cox said with our present budget we probably have the best road ~:ervice <br />in. the area by comparing communities with the same type of operation. <br /> <br /> <br />
