Planning and Zoning recommended in their minutes <br />of September 5, 1978 for City Council to grant a variance to Mr. Hunt <br />allowing him to subdivide by metes and bounds subject to payment of a <br />park fee. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />grant Mr. Harold Hunt a variance to subdivide by metes and bounds a 10 <br />acre parcel from a 30 acre parcel in the N.E. Quarter of the S.W. <br />Quarter of the S.W. Quarter of Section 3 known as parcel 6000 upon <br />payment of a park fee. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />The City Council is requesting Planning and Zoning discuss the issue of <br />assessory buildings at their October 2, 1978 meeting and have their <br />recommendations ready for the City Council meeting of October 9, 1978. <br /> <br />ASSESSORY BUILDING PERMITS <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to grant <br />Mr. Wayne Swedal a building permit for an assessory building 24 x 24 <br />for the storage of private property only. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Muller and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to <br />grant Mr. Kevin Goedel a building permit for an assessory building <br />26 x 36 to be used for the storage of gardening assessories only. <br /> <br />5 ayes <br />Motion carried <br /> <br /> <br />
