Voting no None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to grant <br />Mr. Gary Stritesky a permit for accesssorybuilding size 14' x 20' to be <br />be constructed with cedar front to coordinate with the principal structure <br />and to be used strictly for personal use i.e., storage of garden tractor, <br />tools, etc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to table <br />any action on the application for accessory building for Mr. Larry Ferber <br />until Mr. Ferber can furnish the Council with more information i.e., sketch <br />plan of lot, placement of accessory building on lot, placement of present <br />principal structure, etc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None. <br /> <br />PAY FOR ELECTION JUDGES: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve <br />the pay for election judges for the extra meeting they attended on <br />September S, 1978. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no None <br /> <br />1979 CITY OPERATIONAL BUDGET <br /> <br />The City Budget was deferred until October 24, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />SE?TING FEE FOR URBAN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to adopt <br />Resolution 78-28 establishing a fee of $500.00 for the Urban Development <br />Permit, to cover the cost of legal fees, engineering costs, etc. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Gamec and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />TOM k~LKER; REGARDING MOVING A HOUSE INTO RAMSEY <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Holker had been granted permission at the September 11, 1978 <br />meeting to move four houses into the City of Ramsey. It was the under- <br />standing of the Council they were to be moved into Mr. Holker's High <br />Point Plat. Mr. Holker has moved one of the houses onto a lot at the <br />corner of County Road 5 and 57. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Mayor Cox to have Mr. Holker <br />move the house off the lot on the corner of County Road 57 and 5 and place <br />it in High Point as he had previously stated. <br /> <br /> <br />
