Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor Cox° Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Gamec and seconded by Councilman Muller to add one <br />police patrolman to the core budget with the effective date for funding <br />of the position to be January 1, 1979. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Mickelson and <br />Councilman Gamec. Voting no Councilman Reimann and Mayor Cox. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Muller to approve <br />of adding the allocation of funds to the 1979 core budget from the supple- <br />mentary budget for the purchase of five radios for the following areas: <br /> <br />- One radio for City Hall <br />- Three mobileradios for Street Department vehicles <br /> One mobile radio for Building Inspector vehicle <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman ReimarLn, Council- <br />man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor Co×~ Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Gamec to set the <br />City mileage rate to be paid at 25¢ per mile for the year 1979~ <br /> <br />Motion carried° Voting yes Councilman Muller, Councilman Reimann, Council- <br />man Mickelson, Councilman Gamec and Mayor COx. Voting no None. <br /> <br />The following represents the total Council changes that were made to the <br />City's proposed 1979 core budget: <br /> <br />101-4011 Mayor & Council <br /> <br />Increased from $19,285 to $21,840 <br /> <br />Line Item 10: <br /> <br />Increase mayor salary to $3000 per year and <br />councilmen to $2500 per year, Total increase <br />to this line item $2500, <br /> <br />Line Item 13: Cost for additional PERA/FICA figured on addi- <br /> tional councilmens salary, $500 x 11.63% = $55. <br /> <br />101-4022 C}t7 Administrator <br /> <br />Increased from $38,360 to $38,980 <br /> <br />Line Item 22: Delete costs of fuel $250 and oil change and <br /> lubricants $30, <br /> <br />Line Item 24: Delete costs of parts for City owned vehicle $100. <br /> <br />Line Item 33: Additional cost for mileage, estimated at 4000 <br /> miles per year @ 25¢ per mile = $1000. <br /> <br />101-4052 Finance <br /> <br />Increased from $10,320 to $10,420 <br /> <br />Line Item 33: Change mileage cost from 15¢ to 25¢ per mile <br /> for approx. 1000 miles = $100. <br /> <br /> <br />
