Special Council <br />Page 3 <br />November 9, 1978 <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Muller to adopt <br />Resolution #78-38 for Hearing on Proposed Assessments for Azurite Street, <br />Zirconium Street, Yttrium Street, 162nd Lane, 164th Lane and 166th Avenue <br />N.W. contained in the SE¼ of the SE¼ of Section 10, and the NE¼ and SE¼ of <br />the NE~ of Section 15, Range 25 West Township 32 North, City of Ramsey, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota Project #78-3. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Muller to adopt <br />Resolution #78-39 for Hearing on Proposed Assessments for the streets con- <br />tained in Whispering Pines Estates Project #78-4. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />LICENSES FOR APPROVAL <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Gamec to approve <br />the licenses for the Super Bowl, Inc. for the cigarette license #78-109, <br />Amusement Center #78-0110, Bowling Center #78-0220, and Billiards #78-0330 <br />contingent on the Building Officials final inspection on November 3, 1978 <br />and his issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />Mayor Cox reminded Mr. Charles F. Inderieden that the Super Bowl, Inc. must <br />meet the equationof 60% food and 40% liquor in order to retain their on- <br />sale liquor license. Mr. Inderieden stated there would be no problem. <br /> <br />TOM HOLKER - REGARDING BUILDING PERMIT ISSUANCE FOR HIGH POINT <br /> <br />The Council discussed the building permit application from Mr. Tom Holker <br />to build a home in his High Point plat. Mr. Holker wanted to use the entire <br />legal description of High Point to obtain the permit. It was Council's <br />concensus that Mr. Holker follow the ordinance in completing his plat first <br />then obtain the building permit. <br /> <br />Council discussed Mr. Holker's placement of a house shell on the corner of <br />County Road #5 and #57. It was Council's opinion their motion stands he <br />must remove the house shell from that lot. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to have <br />City Attorney Goodrich adopt a letter to Mr. Tom Holker reminding him of <br />the decision of the Council on the removal of the house shell from County <br />Road #5 and #57. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Councilman Gamec, Councilman Mickelson, Council- <br />man Reimann, Councilman Muller and Mayor Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br /> <br />
