Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated October 8, <br /> 1987. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Establish A Bituminous <br /> Asphalt Plant In The I-1 Industria% Dist;ict; C~$~ Of <br /> Commercial Asphalt Company; <br /> <br />Ms. Norris presented a video staff prepared of Commercial Asphalt's Maple <br />Grove operation; Gary Sauer of Commercial Asphalt presented some still <br />photos. <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Sauer stated that access to Hwy. #10 is planned to go north across <br />the easement on the Bladholm property to Cty. Rd. #116 to Sunfish Lake <br />Blvd. to Hwy. #10. As an alternative route, Commercial Asphalt may be able <br />to work out an agreement with the property to the east for a roadway <br />easement to connect with the existing 141st Avenue N.W. with the <br />understanding that Commercial Asphalt will pave that easement all the way <br />to Sunfish Lake Blvd. If Burlington Northern and Mn/DoT decide to consider <br />direct access onto Hwy. #10, Mr. Sauer stated that he will bring the issue <br />back to Planning and Zoning before going ahead with any access changes. <br /> Planning & Zoning Commission/December 1, 1987 <br /> <br />Page 2 of 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
