She advised that in 2015 the 30 year Police Chief retired and new Police Chief Katers was <br />promoted to the position. She stated that in 2015, Fire Chief Kapler also submitted his <br />retirement and noted that the City has begun the process of recruitment for that position. She <br />thanked the members of the City Council and staff that have worked together and will continue <br />to work together to ensure that Ramsey will have a bright future. <br />3. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Motion by Councilmember Kuzma, seconded by Councilmember Johns, to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br />4.01: Receive December 2015 Financial Reports — General Fund, EDA, and Enterprise Funds <br />4.02: Receive Cash and Investments for Period Ending January 31, 2016 <br />4.03: Approve the following Commission and Board Meeting Minutes: <br />1) City Council Work Session dated January 26, 2016 <br />2) City. Council Regular dated January 26, 2016 <br />4.04: Adopt Resolution #16-02-032 Approving Cash Disbursements Made and Authorizing <br />Payment of Accounts Payable Invoicing Received During the Period of January 21, 2016 <br />through February 3, 2016 <br />4.05: Adopt Resolution #16-02-033 Ordering Feasibility Report for Improvement Project 16- <br />00 Division B; 2016 Street Maintenance Program Overlay Improvements <br />Motion carried.
