CURRENT POLICY: Required Improvements to Bunker <br />o As it stands today, any development on the Hageman Holdings property will trigger a <br />required expansion of Bunker Lake Boulevard to its final specifications (4 lanes w/curb <br />and gutter). <br />o As it stands today, remaining required improvements to Bunker Lake Boulevard are the <br />responsibility of Hageman Holdings. <br />NOTE: improvements to the Legacy Christian Academy campus would not trigger the <br />required expansion to Bunker Lake Boulevard. <br />WORKING DRAFT (subject to change) <br />
