PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a regular meeting on <br />Tuesday, October 6, 1987 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the regular Planning and Zoning meeting to order <br />at 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman adjourned the regular meeting at 8:00 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1. Request for conditional use permit to operate a welding and repair <br /> business from the home; case of Mr. Joseph J. O'Leary. <br /> <br />2. Request for conditional use permit to operate a glass installation <br /> business from the home; case of Mr. Brian Jerome Wendt. <br /> <br />3. Request for preliminary plat approval of River's Bend Plaza 2nd <br /> Addition. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Consider amendment to Section 170.017 of the City Code <br />establishing performance standards for grading, mining and <br />excavating operations. <br /> <br />5.
