Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The Commission recommended that Mr. Scroggins and Mr. Kurak be placed on <br />the April 7 Planning and Zoning agenda to address the subdivision required <br />to accomodate property sold to Mr. Tom Kurak. <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review: Case Of Mr. Mel Boser: <br /> <br />Mr. Boser was present requesting sketch plan review of a 20 acre parcel <br />located on the east side of Variolite Street between 171st and 173rd to be <br />subdivided into 5 single family residential lots. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the sketch plan for possible future road alignments <br />to access the parcel to the north. The Commission consensus was that if <br />Mr. Boser could redraw the plat with a roadway that would align with 171st <br />and configure through Mr. Boser's property to access the parcel to the <br />north at the approximate center of the southern boundary of that northern <br />parcel, the Commission would be agreeable to variances to roadway length <br />and lot sizes in order that 6 rather than 5 lots could be created. <br /> <br />Request For Conditional Use Permit To Grade And Excavate To <br /> Create AM an-Made Lake In The Northfork P.U.D.: Case Of L~G <br /> Rehbein. Inc. And NorthFork. Inc.: <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the City~gineer and the DNR have requested more <br />time to analyze the impact of creating a man-made lake in the Northfork <br />area. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to table <br />this case until the DNR and City Engineer have had sufficient time to <br />review all information related tothe creation of a man-made lake in the <br />Northfork P.U.D. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer stated that the County is <br />undertaking to improve Cty. Rd. 983; those improvements will create detours <br />and North Fork should submit alternate traffic route plans that would <br />accomodate truck traffic removing excavated material from the area. <br />Chairman Peterson stated that he thinks there would also be an impact if <br />truck traffic used 153rd. Ms. Norris stated that the City Engineer does <br />not think there will be an impact to 153rd. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
