Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />LaDue, Shumway, Zimmerman, Hendriksen and Howell. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to <br />recommend approval of Construction Consultant's request for a conditional <br />use permit to construct and operate a manufacturing facility in the B-1 <br />Business District and to approve the proposed Conditional Use Permit <br />A~reement amended as follows: <br /> <br />Add #5. <br /> <br />That a site plan be sut~itted and approved by the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />Amend #1. Blue Max is permitted to manufacture canvas related <br /> products on the premises. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Shumway, Hendriksen, LaDue and Howell.
