At that time you stated that you <br />would review it at another n~etlng. <br /> <br />Accordingly, Council should review the contents of the ordinance at this <br />meeting. After reviewing the contents, you should set up a date for a public <br />hearing to be held on it. You will want the public hearing to be held on a <br />date other than a regular Council meeting. The adoption of the ordinance <br />should be done at a regular Council meeting. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to review the contents of the subject <br />ordinance and then set up a schedule for processing it. It is further directed that the above adopted proposed <br />schedule be published as a news item. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes ~ <br />Voting no <br /> <br />ADOPTION OF AMENDMENT TO QUAD CITIES CABLE COMMUNICATION FRANCHISE ORDINANCE: <br /> <br />The Quad Cities Cable Communication Commission is requesting each respective <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />City Council to approve of the ordinance amendment which is submitted as <br />enclosure (D2-a). <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the proposed <br />amendment.
