Voting yes Voting no ADOPTION OF THE "REPORT BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY ON THE IMpAcT OF LANDFILLS IN ITS I ,I I I I COMMUNITY": Council directed the City Staff develop a report on the impact that the landfills are and will be creating here in Ramsey. Accordingly, the City Staff has com- pleted said report and it is hereby submitted as Exhibit #1 under separate cover. The proposed resolution approving this report is enclosed as (D2-b). Council Action: Your action will be to adopt the above said report by mo~ion. ICASE #4: CASE #5: REVIEW AND SELECTION OF AN ANIMAL CONTROL FIRM FOR THE CITY OF RAMSEY: Council was informed in December 1982 that Blaine Midway Ail Pets, Inc. was going out of business. Accordingly, I have contacted MAPSI and White Bear Animal Control, Inc. and have submitted their proposals as enclosure.(D2-c). I will have Staff recommendation available at the Council meeting. Council Action: Your action will be to act on one of the proposals.
