I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING REPORT BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY ON THE IMPACT OF LANDFILLS IN <br />ITS COMMUNITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota <br />directed City Staff to prepare a report on the impact of landfills in its community; <br />and <br /> <br /> ~{EREAS, the Ramsey City Staff has completed the following said report: <br />"Report by the City of Ramsey on the Impact of Landfills in Its Community". This <br />report was completed on January 4, 1983. Further, Staff has submitted the report <br />for Council review and adoption; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota <br />has received and reviewed said report. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Council hereby adopts the above said report and directs that it <br />be dated January 4, 1983. <br /> <br /> 2) The Council further directs that the following action be taken in <br />regards to this report: <br /> <br /> a) That the City request to be placed on the Anoka County Board <br />agenda in order that the City Attorney may give a presentation on said <br />report. <br /> <br />report:. <br /> <br />b) That the following distribution be made on the above said <br /> <br /> 1) Anoka:/CountY C0mmissione.~ Natalie 'Haas~(one un]~}.~' <br />abridged copy) <br /> 2) Mr. George Steiner, Anoka County Staff member <br />(one unabridged copy) <br /> 3) Mr. Jay McLinden, Anoka County Administrator' <br />(one unabridged copy) <br /> 4) Other County Board members (abridged cop~eS each) <br /> 5) Metro Council Waste Management Board ~nd Extended <br />Committee (abridged copies each) <br /> 6) Metro Council Staff members, Mr. Carl Meschaud and <br />Ms. Tamemaka (each an unabridged copy) <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council- <br />member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the llth day of January~ 1983, <br /> <br /> <br />
