At the end of such period, the"City releases all of <br />its interests, right and control over said animals which may then be disposed of aT The dis- <br />cre'rion of MAPSI. in the event that any dogs, cats, or other impounded animals ~re unclaim- <br />ed after five (5) days, they shall become the property of MAPSI and may be disposed of <br />or sold at their discretion. All proceeds from the disposition of such animals may be re- <br />tained by MAPSI, including any proceeds received from any animals disposed of in ac- <br />cordance to Minnesota Statutes 35.71. <br /> <br />'/ne CiTy snai~ furnish to MAPSI al', iicense forms, pound receipts and'license tags as speci- <br />fied in the' Ordinance and MAPSI shall keep records of all animals impounded together with <br />a description of the same.
