We found you have constructed a pole type <br />storage facility which has no walls and a galvanized metal roof. <br />Apparently, this construction took place without a permit or any other <br />authorization from the City. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />To rectify this matter it shall be necessary for you to either remove <br />the structure or seek authorization to keep it by receiving a Board of <br />Adjustment variance from the City Council. This is necessary as your <br />total square footage of accessory buildings exceeds that which is <br />allowed by ordinance for parcels of land which are less than 2.5 acres <br />in size. The filing fee for the variance is $90.00 which is a non- <br />refundable fee.
