Potter, <br /> <br />I'm sorry about the delay in getting back to you on your case but due <br />to the work load here it has not been possible for me to'get in touch <br />with you on the above matter. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council at their Sept 28, 1982 meeting reviewed the <br />following documents:' <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />DNR's letter dated Sept 13, 1982, which discusses the <br />ordinance violation and makes recommendations to the City <br />Council. I have furnished you a copy of this letter. <br /> <br />b) Your letter dated September 27, 1982 to Ramsey City Admin- <br /> istrator, which discusses your river bank improvement. <br /> <br />c) Photos taken by the Ramsey Police Dept which shows before <br /> construction, during construction and after construction. <br /> <br />The Council members were quite concerned about this ordinance violation <br />and consequently they have directed that you follow the steps reconmended <br />by DNR's letter dated September 13, 1982. <br /> <br />In reviewing DNR's letter, the only part tt~at you have not complied with <br />would be subparagraph 2 of paragraph Ill which pertains to furnishing the <br />City with a landscaping plan and the planting of trees.
