Ordinance <br />at my home at 17665 Argon St., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The riverbank improvements that were Performed there this <br />summer basically consisted of clearing some underbrush and <br />installing a stairway of old railroad ties. No mature trees <br />were removed from the improved area. <br /> <br />The D.N.R. representative that visited my property on 12/1/82 <br />seems to feel that I should plant trees in the improved area. <br /> <br />As I understand the statutes, I have a right to remove brush <br />and limbs (under 4" diameter) from my riverbank without <br />permission from the D.N.R.. Since no mature trees (over 4" <br />diameter) were removed from the'riverbank is it reasonable to <br />require that I now plant some? <br /> <br />Per your suggestion ! am writing this so your file wi1 be <br />complete.
