I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />an abstract of title or registered property abstract, certified to date, <br />evidencing ownership of the premises involved in th'e plat. <br /> <br /> 3. The zoning officer shall refer copJes of the final plat <br />to the city engineer and the abstract of title or registered property <br />abstract to the c~ty attorney. <br /> <br /> 4. The city engineer and city attorney shall submit their <br />reports to the city council within fifteen (15) days after the filing <br />of the final plat. The city engineer shall state whether the final plat <br />and the improvements conform to the engineering and design standards <br />and specifications of the city. The c~ty attorney sahll state his <br />opinion as to the t~tle of the premises involved. <br /> <br /> 5. The subdivider shall pay the fees of the city engineer <br />and the city attorney for their services and reports rendered in con- <br />nection with the final plat. <br /> <br /> 6. The final plat shall be prepared in accordance wi~h all <br />applicable federal and state' laws and county ordinances. <br /> <br />170. 0310B CITY ACTION <br /> <br />The city council shall act on the final plat within sixty (60) days of <br />the date on which it was filed with the zoning officer, and pursuant <br />to state statute; failure to so act within this sixty (60) day period <br />shall constitute approval of the final plat. The fifial plat shall not <br />be approved if it does not conform to the preliminary, plat, including <br />all changes required by the city council, or does not meet the engineer- <br />ing and design standards and specifications of the city. <br /> <br />170.0310CRECORDING <br /> <br />and six (6) copies of the final plat as recorded, showing evidence of <br />the recording on said copies. <br /> <br />FollowiDg approval of the final plat by the city council, the zoning <br />officer shall promptly notify the subdivider of said approval and <br />furnish him with a certified copy of the resolution approving said plat. <br />Within one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter, the final plat shall <br />be recorded with the County Recorder or Registrar of Titles of Anoka <br />County. The subdivider shall furnish the zoning officer with a tracing <br /> <br />i <br />i <br />I <br /> <br />170.0310DREQUIRED PLAT DATA <br /> <br />It shall be a condition to the approval of a final plat that the follow- <br />ing data shall be shown on said plat or shall be furnished thereWith: <br /> <br />Municipal, township, county or section lines accur- <br />ately tied to the boundaries of the subdivisions by <br />distances and angles; <br />Accurate angular and lineal dimensions for all lines, <br />angles and curvatures used to describe boundaries, <br />streets, easements and areas reserved for public <br />use. ~omplete curve data shall be shown, including <br />radii, delta angles and lengths of all arcs. Dimen- <br />sions of lot lines shall be shown in feet and hund- <br />redths of feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
