Voting No: None. <br /> <br />C~se #4: Proposed Ordinance' Governing The Installation Of Municipal Utilities: <br /> <br />No action made to set a special Council meeting to review the proposed <br />Ordinance with the Ad Hoc Committee. <br /> <br />Case #5: Wage And Fringe Increases For Full-Time And Part-Time Employees And <br /> Public Officials: <br /> <br />Refer to Page 17, Paragraph 5of these minutes. <br /> <br />Case #6: Payment Of Bills: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner <br />to adopt Resolution #82- 171 authorizing the payment of bills in the amount <br />of $241,565.49. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution #82~71 ). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann questionned why fuel oil bills <br />were not paid within 10 days in order for the City to receive a discount. <br />Mr. Berg replied all bills require Council approval prior to payment. <br />Mr. Schnelle replied that the City does pay gasoline and fuel oil bills <br />immediately, but that he would check to make sure the City is receiving a <br />discount. Councilmember R~imann then directed that Terry Reuther not receive <br />his campaign sign refund and that Merle Mevissen remove Terry Reuther's <br />campaign signs from the City of Ramsey. Councilmember Reimann also directed <br />that City Staff notify Mr. Hartinger to remove his campaign signs from the <br />City of Ramsey. Councilmember Reimann stated that he would like to discuss <br />with Police Chief Auspos just exactly what the City is expected to provide <br />for the police, with reference to a bill for a $90 jacket. Mayor Gamec <br />stated that there is a policy manual that the City has adopted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Van Wagner.
