Voti.n§ No: None.' <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Review Of Utility Assessment Ordinance (Sewer, Water And Storm <br /> Drainage): <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember SOrteber§ to <br />adopt the fol!owi.ng schedule for the processing of the'proposed Utili'ty <br />Assessment Ordinance: <br /> <br />a) Schedule public hearing for 7:30 P.M. on February 8, 1983. <br /> <br />b) Adopt said ordinance at regular Council meetin§ of February 22, <br /> 1983. <br /> <br />It is directed that the public hearing notice be published as a 1.e§al notice <br />and as a news item in.the Anoka County Union and Shopper, It is further <br />directed that the above adopted proposed schedule be published as a news <br />item. <br /> <br />I <br />i <br /> <br />Motion carried.
