Counct~membe~ Van ~agner introduced the following resoluLfon and ~oved for ~ts adoption: - RESOLUTION //82-170 I I I I I i I I I I WItEREAS, the SLate of Minnesota D~'partmenL of Transportation Dc, part- meat provides funding for certain municipal streets which is known as the Municipal State Aid Street System; and WIIEREAS, the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation requires that Cities provide a 5 year construction program budget; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Staff and Consultant Engineer, M~. Peter Raatikka submitted a proposed five (5) year construction program to the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota for their re- view and action on December 21, 1982. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: - · 1) · It hereby adopts the five (5) year constructio.n program..~udget. ' ease refer to enclosure (1) of this resolution which contains the five (5) · year construction program. persons: 2) Copies of this resolution will be furnished to the following Minnesota Department' of Transportation Mr. Peter Raatikka, City Engineer Mr. Merle Mevissen, City Public Works Superintendent Ms. Jeanne Moen, City Accountant The motion for th~ adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor, thereof Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by,the Ramsey - City Council this the 21st day of December, 1982.
