Article I, Section 2. N. of Cable Communications <br /> <br />Ordinance 1982-687 is amended to read: <br /> <br />Ne <br /> <br />"Offe.~ing of Grantee" or "Offerin'~'' §hall mean. th~{ certain <br />document dated Aughst 19, 1981, entitled "Application for ~' <br />Cable Television Franchise" and signed by Grantee, as amended <br />from time to time by mutual written agreement between Grantee <br />and City or its delegatee, and ratified by Resolution of the <br />City Council, Which document is on file with the City Clerk. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
