What fiscal devices, initiatives, or official controls such <br /> as the use of CDBG or local funds for housing rehabilitation, a housing <br /> maintenance code, a code enforcement program or similar monitoring efforts <br /> have been used to assist in preservation of the housing stock? <br /> <br />8. (CRITERIA 19.) Is single-family residential development permitted at <br /> densities consistent with the Metropolitan Council's land use advisory <br /> standards - 6,000 to 8,000 square foot lots or less, or a density of 5-to-7 <br /> units per acre? <br /> <br /> or No <br /> <br />9.
