NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />UTILITY ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey City Councill will conduct <br />a public hearing on Tuesday, February 8, 1983 at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, to consider <br />a utility assessment ordinance. This ordinance will establish policy for <br />the extension, installation and financing of the following public utilities: <br /> <br />1) Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant structures <br />2) Water mains and appurtenant structures <br />3)' Storm drains and appurtenant structures <br />4) Streets, sidewalks, curb and gutter <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Copies of the proposed ordinance are availab%e..~t the Ramsey Municipal Center <br />for public review and can be purchased at a price of <br /> <br />Ail interested persons are invite'd to attend the hearing and comment on the <br />proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the ~ams~y City' <br />Council, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
