Voting yes . Voting no ' <br /> <br />CASE #10: RE 0ES FOR PAVMEN OF ESTI TE CASE OF <br /> <br /> In accordance with our contract, we're to pay U. D. Contracting $27,542.31 <br /> at such a time as we receive the MSAS funds. Accordingly, application has <br /> been made to acquire those funds and it is our opinion and that of the City <br /> Engineer that we should honor our contract and make payment when the funds <br /> become available. We will still be retaining $10,923.28 for uncompleted <br /> work, as determined by. the Engineer. To arbitrarily withhold more than that <br /> is not good business. City Engineer Raatikka's letter dated February 15, 1983 <br /> in regards to this matter is included in enclosure (D2-g). <br /> <br /> Council Action: .Your action will be to approve/disapprove of the request <br /> ~when the funds are received from the State. If your action is <br /> to deny the request, then you should give some reasons why these funds are <br /> being held.
