I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> PROPOSED <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR GROUP W CABLE <br /> <br />1) That the Applicant has previously applied for a conditional use permit as <br />required by Ordinance to construct a microwave tower which exceeds the City <br />of Ramsey's height regulations, as well as construct an accessory building <br />for housing related equipment an outlot in a residential zone. <br /> <br />2) That the Applicant appeared before the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to the City Zoning Ordinance <br />on December 7, 1982 and that said public hearing minutes are hereby incor- <br />porat'ed as ~ part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3) That said public hearing was properly advertised in the official City <br />newspaper and that the adjoining property owners were notified of said public <br />hearing in accordance with City Ordinance. <br /> <br />4) That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey City Council who took no <br />action to approve/deny this variance request based on the Planning and <br />Zoning recommendation. <br /> <br />5) That the City Council advised the applicant to seek another location in <br />the same general area and reapply in accordance with the ordinance. <br /> <br />6) That the applicant has properly reapplied for a conditional use permit as <br />required by Ordinance to construct a microwave tower which exceeds the City <br />of Ramsey's height regulations, as well as construct an accessory building <br />for housing related equipment on a parcel of land which is zoned R-1. <br /> <br />7) That the applicant has appeared before the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to the City Zoning Ordinance <br />on February 15, 1983 and that said public hearing minutes are hereby incor- <br />porated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />8) That said public hearing was properly advertised in the official City <br />newspaper and that the adjoining property owners were notified of said public <br />hearing in accordance with City Ordinance. <br /> <br />9) That the Standards for Consideration are as follows: <br /> <br />a) The property is zoned R-1 and this is not a permitted <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br />b) That the tower height exceeds the thirty-five feet (35) <br />permitted by Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
