I I RESOLUTION #83- WHEREAS, Group W Cable TV hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" has applied with the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", for a conditional use permit to construct a llO foot guyed antenna for microwave transmissions which application is dated February 1, 1983; and I I I I I I I I I I I I WHEREAS, the City has conducted the requisite public hearing and made proper published and individual notifications of said application and public hearing; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has adopted Findings of Fact re- garding said application, wbich Findings of Fact are made a part hereof. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,~CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF, MINNESOTA, as follows: I) To grant the Applicant's Conditional Use Permit for the following described parcel: The Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Southeast Quarter (SE~) of the Southwest (SW~) of Section lO, Town- ship 32, Range 25. 2) That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit is contin- gent upon the Applicant and the City entering into a Conditional Use Permit Agreement with the following contingencies: a) That the Permittee shall allow no on-street parking. b) That the Permittee shall locate the structures and drives and develop the site as shown on the site plan which is incorporated as a part of this AGreement as Exhibit "A". c) That the Permittee shall keep the tower and appurtenant structures in good repair at all times. d) That the Permittee shall construct the building of materials which are compatible to other structures located in the neighborhood. e) That the Permittee understands and agrees that building permits whall be acquired for all construction. f) That the Permittee understands and agrees that the condi- tional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and that any violation of the conditions contained herein or violation of any other City Ordinance or regulation may be
