I <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Group W Cable TV hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" <br />has applied with the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", for <br />a conditional use permit to construct a llO foot guyed antenna for microwave <br />transmissions which application is dated February 1, 1983; and <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has conducted the requisite public hearing and <br />made proper published and individual notifications of said application and <br />public hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has adopted Findings of Fact re- <br />garding said application, wbich Findings of Fact are made a part hereof. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,~CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF, MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> I) To grant the Applicant's Conditional Use Permit for the <br />following described parcel: <br /> <br /> The Southeast Quarter (SE~) of Southeast Quarter <br /> (SE~) of the Southwest (SW~) of Section lO, Town- <br /> ship 32, Range 25. <br /> <br /> 2) That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit is contin- <br />gent upon the Applicant and the City entering into a Conditional Use Permit <br />Agreement with the following contingencies: <br /> <br />a) That the Permittee shall allow no on-street parking. <br /> <br />b) That the Permittee shall locate the structures and <br />drives and develop the site as shown on the site plan <br />which is incorporated as a part of this AGreement as <br />Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />c) That the Permittee shall keep the tower and appurtenant <br />structures in good repair at all times. <br /> <br />d) That the Permittee shall construct the building of <br />materials which are compatible to other structures located <br />in the neighborhood. <br /> <br />e) That the Permittee understands and agrees that building <br />permits whall be acquired for all construction. <br /> <br />f) That the Permittee understands and agrees that the condi- <br />tional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any <br />time and that any violation of the conditions contained herein <br />or violation of any other City Ordinance or regulation may be <br /> <br /> <br />
