(proposed revised 1983 Rum River Watershed <br />Development Area). <br /> <br />Tasks to be included in the scope of work are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Select preliminary alignments for storm sewer, sanitary sewer <br /> and water trunk lines and determine right of way requirements. <br /> <br />2. Select a preliminary site and right of way requirements for <br /> a well and pumphouse. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Prepare cost estimates for the proposed well and pumphouse, <br />trunk storm sewer, trunk sanitary sewer and trunk watermain <br />facilities. <br /> <br />4. Determine the overall area of benefit for the facilities and <br /> separate the oversizing costs from the lateral costs. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Based on the City's new assessment policies, make recommendations <br />on how to finance and assess the project. Also, propose areas <br />to be assessed and those to be deferred. <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Provide the City with fifteen (15) copies of the final study <br />which includes a description of the project, compilation of <br />cost estimated, proposed assessments, summary and recommendations. <br /> <br />civil a municipal · planning · soils · land sut,,eying <br /> <br /> <br />
