Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 Re: Proposal on Feasibility Study for Phase I Trunk Sanitary Sewer, Water Service & Storm Drainage in the Rum River Watershed Dear Lloyd: As requested, we offer this letter as a proposal and estimate to complete the above referenced feasiblity study. Generally, the study area lies east of the Flintwood Hills First Addition and south of 149th Avenue N.W. (proposed revised 1983 Rum River Watershed Development Area). Tasks to be included in the scope of work are as follows: 1. Select preliminary alignments for storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water trunk lines and determine right of way requirements. 2. Select a preliminary site and right of way requirements for a well and pumphouse. e Prepare cost estimates for the proposed well and pumphouse, trunk storm sewer, trunk sanitary sewer and trunk watermain facilities. 4. Determine the overall area of benefit for the facilities and separate the oversizing costs from the lateral costs. e Based on the City's new assessment policies, make recommendations on how to finance and assess the project. Also, propose areas to be assessed and those to be deferred. 5 Provide the City with fifteen (15) copies of the final study which includes a description of the project, compilation of cost estimated, proposed assessments, summary and recommendations. civil a municipal · planning · soils · land sut,,eying
