It was Waste ma~agement's desire to accomplish both the County and <br />MPCA requirements at the same time. Since it appears that it may take awhile <br />longer to complete the discussions with the MPCA, Waste Management has arranged <br />for Serco Laboratories to collect the County's required January sampling during <br />the first week of February.
