RESOLUTION #83- <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has' prepared and adopted a Comprehensive <br />Plan as required by the State Land Planning Act; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan provides for the extension of sanitary <br />sewers in both the Mississippi River and the Rum River Watersheds with 1990 <br />projected flow of 0.57 million gallons per day; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has received a petition to provide <br />utilities to the area east of Flintwood Hills First Addition and north along <br />the Rum River to 149th Avenue N.W.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the area Petitioned for utilities lies within the proposed <br />1984, 1986, 1988 and early 1990's development areas of the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the existing residents-within the developed areas proposed to <br />be provided-with utilities in 1984 and 1986 have stated they would like to have <br />utilities delayed. ~ <br /> <br />NOW~THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> l) The proposed construction s~he'dule for public utilities shall be <br />amended as shown on revised Map 13A of the Comprehensive Plan contingent upon <br />Metropolitan Council review and approval. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator is directed to forward this resolution along <br />with all necessary worksheets and Comprehensive Plan revisions required to <br />amend the proposed construction schedule to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
