Members Present: M_r. Kenneth Peterson, Chairman Mr. Gerald Zimmerman Mr. Benjamin Deemer Mr. Robert Isakson Ms. Kathy Schneider Mr. Charles LaDue Also Present: Mr. Clayton Berg, City Building Official Members Absent: Mr. Arthur Dunn Chairman Peterson called the special meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. The special meeting of Planning and Zoning Commission adjourned at 7:32 P.M. in order to conduct the following public hearing: 1. Group W. Cable request for a conditional use permit. The public hearing adjourned at 7:34 P.M. Chairman Peterson called the special meeting of Planning and Zoning back to order at 7:34 P.M. APPROVAL OF AGENDA Commissioner Isakson requested added the following to the agenda: 1. Commission Business - Case #2: Statement Regarding Public Utilities by Commissioner Robert Isakson. P~ANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS Case #1: Grou~ W. Cable Request For A Conditional Use Permit: The Planning Commission reviewed the Findings of Fact. Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve the Findings of Fact with the following corrections: 1. Item #1: - Line 1 should read as follows: "That the Applicant has previously applied for a conditional use permit as " 2.
