It is a very <br />important study from the standpoint that our City will be the first City <br />to take an integrated management approach in computerizing its City <br />operations. This would not only encompass accounting and word process- <br />ing, but also planning (comprehensive plan, ordinances, environmental <br />impact studies, capital improvement program, budgeting, fiscal analysis <br />and other areas).
