If there is an opportunity to investigate alternatives'it behooves us to do so in order to guarantee to our city that we are working continually with every0ne's~ best i'nterest in a matter that at best, is a negative ~d costly venture. This particular subject is going to involve alot of listening, investigating, reasoning ~d exchanging of ideas, concerns, ~d information~ As a respresentative of'--the. ~ .... .~ ..~......... people of the City of Ramsey, each due of.us~on the Co~cil must concern ourselves with representing our residents'-; in the most reliable, truthful, trustful, ~d knowledgeable way that we can. If we can be upfront, and 'sensi-ti. VS':to the cohcSrns of the residents we will strengthen our credibility ~d our acco~tability. The follo~ing will get us sta~tSd the right direction. I propose the following: To set up an Informational meeting~for the purpose of giving the residents an opportunity to hear the facts from the Expe~ts ~ Staff, Lawyer, Engineer,--M_et:CounCil-', RepS:m,:f.'~-i£~_.:.::~:.~:. ................. A list of subject areas to be published and addressed' at the meeting and then : :: open the meeting up to questions from the audience. Answers again coming from the EXPERTS. Keep it informal~but:recorded and published so the public c'an. attend. I think this should take place April 25 Mon, before our, next Council meeting.
