Connection Charges <br /> <br />TRUNK FUNDS <br /> <br />The City shall establish separate trunk funds for sanitary sewer, storm sewer <br />and water trunk, source and storage. These funds shall be used to finance the <br />trunk improvements and revenues shall be generated by the assessment process. <br /> <br />These funds shall remain in place until the entire trunks are completed and paid <br />for.
