Ail utility and drainage easements shall be shown with the dimensions thereof shown in a legend with a statement dedicating all easements as follows: Easements for inst~lation and maintenance of utilities and drainage facilities are reserved over, under and along the strips marked "utility easements"; 13. The names and platting of adjoining subdivisions shall be shown and identified by dotted lines to a distance of one hundred feet (100') from the boundaries of the subdivision under consideration. Lot, block and street arrangements of such adjoining subdivisions shall be shown; 14. The maximum highwater level, present water level and benchmark as defined in Department of Conservation Regulations and Statewide Standards and Criteria for management of shoreland areas of Minnesota; 15. Statement dedicating all streets, alleys and other public areas not previously dedicated as follows: Streets, alleys and other public areas shown on this plat and not heretofore dedicated to public use are hereby so dedicated; 16. Name~and address of developer and the surveyor preparing the plat; 17. Attorney's approval of title; and 18. An appropriate statement dedicating all easements not previously dedicated. 19. A reproducable copy of the final plat shall be prepared as an address map in accordance with City and County policy and shall include all addresses of lots platted. 170.0310E FINAL PLATS, CERTIFICATION The final plat shall contain the following certifications: 1. Notarized certificates by owner or by any mortgage holder of record of the adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets and other public areas; 2. Notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to'the effect that the plat represents a survey made by him and that monuments and markers shown therein exist as located and that all dimensional and geodetic details are correct; 3. Certification showing that all taxes and special assessments or fees imposed in lieu thereof due on the property have been paid in full;
