Low land and water areas shall be indicated by an identification <br /> symbol; <br /> <br />12. Ail utility and drainage easements shall be shown with the dimensions <br /> thereof shown in a legend with a statement dedicating all easements as <br /> follows: Easements for inst~lation and maintenance of utilities and <br /> drainage facilities are reserved over, under and along the strips <br /> marked "utility easements"; <br /> <br />13. The names and platting of adjoining subdivisions shall be shown and <br /> identified by dotted lines to a distance of one hundred feet (100') <br /> from the boundaries of the subdivision under consideration. Lot, block <br /> and street arrangements of such adjoining subdivisions shall be shown; <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The maximum highwater level, present water level and benchmark as <br />defined in Department of Conservation Regulations and Statewide <br />Standards and Criteria for management of shoreland areas of Minnesota; <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Statement dedicating all streets, alleys and other public areas not <br />previously dedicated as follows: Streets, alleys and other public <br />areas shown on this plat and not heretofore dedicated to public use are <br />hereby so dedicated; <br /> <br />16. Name~and address of developer and the surveyor preparing the plat; <br /> <br />17. Attorney's approval of title; and <br /> <br />18. An appropriate statement dedicating all easements not previously <br /> dedicated. <br /> <br /> 19. A reproducable copy of the final plat shall be prepared as an address <br /> map in accordance with City and County policy and shall include all <br /> addresses of lots platted. <br /> <br />170.0310E FINAL PLATS, CERTIFICATION <br /> <br />The final plat shall contain the following certifications: <br /> <br />1. Notarized certificates by owner or by any mortgage holder of record of <br /> the adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets and other <br /> public areas; <br /> <br />2. Notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to'the effect <br /> that the plat represents a survey made by him and that monuments and <br /> markers shown therein exist as located and that all dimensional and <br /> geodetic details are correct; <br /> <br />3. Certification showing that all taxes and special assessments or fees <br /> imposed in lieu thereof due on the property have been paid in full; <br /> <br /> <br />
