I will be sending out the Contract Documents to the <br />prospective bidders later during the week of April 4, 1983. <br /> <br />In addition, I have contacted two of the property owners in regard <br />to easements. Mrs. Waller (Parcel 9) has agreed to our offer with <br />the addition of $100.00 for relocating her pine seedlings and an <br />agreement that if we damage any poplar trees or if the poplar <br />trees die within a year due to root damage, we will r~move the <br />trees. Mr. Mark Hansen (Parcel 10) stated his father is agreeable <br />to our offer with the two following conditions: <br /> <br />1) The City replace the fence on the new right of way line <br /> (Property owner to furnish any new posts required.) <br /> <br />2) Property owner will take down trees and dispose of wood. <br /> <br />Please proceed with the above two offers.
