I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I TO: Mayor and City Council FROM: City Administrator/Clerk RE: Council Business CASE #1: CASE #2: Workshop on Utility Assessment Ordinance: City Staff will commence where they left off from at the meeting of March 5, 1983 in the review of the Utility Assessment Ordinance. Council Action: The Council action after completing their workshop review will be to recommend that the subject ordinance along with any proposed changes of it be placed on the regular Council meeting agenda of April 26, 1983 for approval/disapproval of its adoption. The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by seconded by to direct that the proposed utility assessment ordinance and any pro- posed amendment to it be placed on the Council agenda of April 26, 1983 under Council Old Business for Council action (for adoption/disapproving of adoption). Motion carried. Voting yes Voting no Authorize City Engineer to do a Topo of proposed Central Park: The Park and Recreation Commission at their meeting of March 24, 1983 requested that the Council authorize the City Engineer to do a topo of the proposed Central Park as they want to get started on this project. Pete Raatikka, City Engineer, will have a cost estimate available for Council at the meeting tonight. Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the above request. The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded to do a topography of the proposed Central Park land (Federal Cartridge Property) in order that the proposed park improvement project plans can be prepared.
