I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />RE: Council Business <br /> <br />CASE #1: <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />Workshop on Utility Assessment Ordinance: <br /> <br />City Staff will commence where they left off from at the meeting <br />of March 5, 1983 in the review of the Utility Assessment Ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: The Council action after completing their workshop <br />review will be to recommend that the subject ordinance along with <br />any proposed changes of it be placed on the regular Council meeting <br />agenda of April 26, 1983 for approval/disapproval of its adoption. <br /> <br />The following motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by seconded by to direct <br />that the proposed utility assessment ordinance and any pro- <br />posed amendment to it be placed on the Council agenda of <br />April 26, 1983 under Council Old Business for Council action <br />(for adoption/disapproving of adoption). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br /> <br />Voting no <br /> <br />Authorize City Engineer to do a Topo of proposed Central Park: <br /> <br />The Park and Recreation Commission at their meeting of March 24, <br />1983 requested that the Council authorize the City Engineer to do <br />a topo of the proposed Central Park as they want to get started <br />on this project. <br /> <br />Pete Raatikka, City Engineer, will have a cost estimate available <br />for Council at the meeting tonight. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove the <br />above request. The following motion is hereby submitted for <br />your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded to do a <br />topography of the proposed Central Park land (Federal Cartridge <br />Property) in order that the proposed park improvement project <br />plans can be prepared. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
