Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. <br /> <br /> 3.2 LELS Member. A member of Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. <br /> 3.3 Employee. A member of the exclusively recognized bargaining <br /> <br />unit. <br /> <br /> 3.4 <br /> 3.5 <br /> 3.6 <br /> 3.7 <br /> <br />Labor Services, Inc. <br /> <br /> 3.8 Overtime. <br /> <br />Department. The Ramsey Police Department. <br /> <br />Employer. The City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Chief. The Chief of the Ramsey Police Department. <br /> <br />LELS Officer. Officer elected or appointed by 5aw Enforcement <br /> <br />Work performed at the express authorization of the <br /> <br />Employer in excess of the employee's scheduled shift. <br /> <br /> 3.9 Scheduled Shift. A consecutive work period including two rest <br /> <br />breaks and a lunch break. <br /> <br /> 3.10 Rest Breaks.
