I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I I I - 13 - negotiate regarding any and all terms and conditions of employment referred to or covered in this Agreement or with respect to any term or condition of employment not specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement even though such terms or conditions may not have been within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time this Agreement was negotiated or executed. ARTICLE XV. VACATION 15.1 Every permanent Employee having less than six (6) years consecutive full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 5/6ths of a working day for each calendar month of full-time service. Each permanent Employee with at least six (6), but less than twelVe (12), consecutive years of full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 1.25 working days for each calendar month of full-time service. Each permanent Employee with at least twelve (12) years of consecutive full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 1.666 working days for each calendar month of full-time service. 15.2 An Employee may accrue vacation leave to a maximum of the amount earned in one (1) year. 15.3 Vacation leave may be used as earned subject to approval by the department head at the time at which it may be taken. 15.4 Any Employee leaving the municipal service in good standing after giving proper notice of such termination of employment shall be compensated for vacation leave accrued and unused to the date of separation.
