I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />- 13 - <br /> <br />negotiate regarding any and all terms and conditions of employment referred <br />to or covered in this Agreement or with respect to any term or condition of <br />employment not specifically referred to or covered by this Agreement even <br />though such terms or conditions may not have been within the knowledge or <br />contemplation of either or both of the parties at the time this Agreement <br />was negotiated or executed. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XV. <br /> <br /> VACATION <br /> <br /> 15.1 Every permanent Employee having less than six (6) years <br />consecutive full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of <br />5/6ths of a working day for each calendar month of full-time service. Each <br />permanent Employee with at least six (6), but less than twelVe (12), <br />consecutive years of full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the <br />rate of 1.25 working days for each calendar month of full-time service. <br />Each permanent Employee with at least twelve (12) years of consecutive <br />full-time service shall earn vacation leave at the rate of 1.666 working <br />days for each calendar month of full-time service. <br /> <br /> 15.2 An Employee may accrue vacation leave to a maximum of the amount <br />earned in one (1) year. <br /> <br /> 15.3 Vacation leave may be used as earned subject to approval by the <br />department head at the time at which it may be taken. <br /> <br /> 15.4 Any Employee leaving the municipal service in good standing after <br />giving proper notice of such termination of employment shall be compensated <br />for vacation leave accrued and unused to the date of separation. <br /> <br /> <br />
