I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />- 15 - <br /> <br /> 16.6 During the probationary period following an original appointment, <br /> an Employee is not entitled to sick leave or vacation leave. After the end <br /> of the probationary period, an Employee is entitled to sick leave and~ <br /> vacation leave accrued from the start of the probationary employment. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XVII. <br /> <br /> HOLIDAYS <br /> <br /> Employees will receive or be given credit in the work schedule for ten <br />(10) holidays per year. <br /> <br /> Employees may take holiday time only with specific scheduled permission of <br /> <br />the Employer. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XVIII. <br /> <br /> INSURANCE <br /> <br /> The Employer will pay a maximum of One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars <br /> <br /> ($125.00) per month for each full-time Employee toward the premium cost of life <br /> <br /> and health insurance (hospital-medical) for 1983 including dependent coverage. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XIX. <br /> <br /> CLOTHING AND UNIFORMS <br /> <br /> The Employer shall provide uniforms and equipment and replacement as <br /> <br />~outlined by the department policy that currently exists. <br /> <br /> ARTICLE XX. <br /> <br /> STANDBY TIME <br /> <br /> The Employer agrees to implement a standby time policy if standby time <br /> <br />· becomes necessary. <br /> <br /> <br />
