However, construction has <br />cormenced. This is a violation of both State and local codes <br />which is a misdemeanor and subject to penalties thereof. <br /> <br />To avoid further consideration on the part of the City, you are <br />hereby notified that you may acquire said permit without penalty <br />prior to Friday, May 20, 1983.
