A copy of said Ordinance is en- <br />closed for your review. <br /> <br />I <br />I_ <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Should you desire, the permit could be issued upon your compliance <br />with the following: <br /> <br />1) The detached accessory building cannot project in front <br /> of the front setback line of the house. <br /> <br />2) The detached accessory building could not exceed 528 <br /> square feet (i.e. 22'' x 24'). <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />You could apply for a Board of Adjustment variance to <br />structure size which requires a public hearing and a <br />$90.00 nonrefundable fee.
