These questions are as follows:

1. What changes can be made in the watershed boundry?

2. Who can change the watershed boundry?

3. · How do you get the watershed boundry chan9ed?

4. When, in the process of forming a WMO, should the changing of a
watershed boundry occur.

Does the WMO boundry need to coincide with the minor watersheds
boundries (can the Anoka County portions of minor watershed which
are less than 90~ within the County be included in the adjacent
~o) ?

Your assistance with these questions will be most appreciated.

Yours very truly,, . /

Robert M.
